Dispatch
Orders leave our warehouse in Jelgava within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are packed on the next working day.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel ships, you get an email with a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Free local pickup
Near Jelgava? Choose pickup at checkout and collect your order from Zemeņu iela 2i. It is usually ready within 24 hours.
Outside the EU
For orders to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the US, Canada, China and other non-EU countries, import duties or taxes may be charged by your local customs office.
Gift-ready packaging
Most of our toys come in their own gift box and every order is packed with care, so it arrives ready to give.
