Where we ship from
All orders are packed by our own team and shipped from our warehouse in Jelgava, Latvia (Orange Company SIA, Zemenu iela 2i, Jelgava, LV-3001, Latvia).

Where we ship to
We ship to most European countries, the United States, Canada and China. The countries we deliver to are listed at checkout. If yours is missing, email sales@orange-toys.com and we will check what we can do.

Processing time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Shipping prices for EU countries include VAT at the rate of the destination country. Prices for non-EU countries are shown without VAT.

Delivery times
Most orders within Europe arrive 3–7 working days after dispatch. The estimated delivery date for your address is shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays or because of carrier or customs delays.

Tracking
Every parcel is sent with tracking. When your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking link.

Local pickup
Customers near Jelgava can choose free local pickup at checkout and collect their order from Zemenu iela 2i, Jelgava. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours, and we email you when your order is ready.

Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped within the European Union have no customs duties. For orders to countries outside the EU, such as the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada and China, import duties or taxes may be charged by the local customs authority and are paid by the recipient.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, contact sales@orange-toys.com with your order number (and a photo if damaged) and we will help right away.
