30-day returns
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, with tags and in their original packaging.

How to start a return
Sign in to your account, open the order and choose "Request return". If you ordered as a guest, email sales@orange-toys.com with your order number. Once your request is approved, send the item to: Orange Company SIA, Zemenu iela 2i, Jelgava, LV-3001, Latvia. Items sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. In that case we cover the cost and send you a prepaid return label.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact sales@orange-toys.com with a photo and we will make it right.

Sale items and gift cards
Items bought on sale and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned, except under the EU right of withdrawal described below.

EU 14-day right of withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without giving a justification. Items must meet the same condition rules. Return shipping costs for withdrawals are paid by the customer.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

Refunds
We will email you once we have received and inspected your return. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item. Your bank may need a few extra days to show the refund. Questions? Contact sales@orange-toys.com.
